We ship all packages privately and discreetly from Hawaii, so delivery times may be slightly longer than mainland estimates:

International Shipping (Delivery Duties Unpaid)
All international orders are insured for loss and damage. Customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility — if a package is refused due to unpaid fees, we will not reship and a refund may not be issued. We are currently unable to ship to Mexico or Spain for legal reasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a domestic package shows no tracking updates for 20+ days, we'll reship at no cost. International packages with no updates for 30+ days or that arrive damaged will be reshipped via USPS First Class. Orders marked "delivered" are considered delivered — we are not liable for stolen packages. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
