We ship all packages privately and discreetly. We ship from remote Hawaii, so delivery times may be slightly longer than mainland estimates:

- USPS Priority Mail: 4-6 business days
- USPS Priority Express: 2-4 business days (not guaranteed by USPS because of remote location)
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, but please note:

- In the rare case that a package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 20+ days), we’ll reship via USPS Ground Advantage at no cost.

Returns & Refunds
