Each sample of pheromones contains 1.5ml of pheromones for a total of 4.5ml per pack. (Note: Gel samples are 3ml each and are considered 2 samples, this is because the available gel tubes are 3ml in size).
The concentrates like Primitive are only 1ml in size, as they are much stronger than normal samples. Please be aware of this when ordering either Primitive or Luckys. They count as one sample.
Also, we do enforce a no duplicate samples rule. You must choose between different varieties. If you place an order requesting duplicates, we will choose an alternate third sample for you. I.e. you cannot order 2 Nude Alpha Samples in one order.

Reship & Return Policy
Domestic Shipping & Reshipments
We ship all packages privately and discreetly. We ship from remote Hawaii, so delivery times may be slightly longer than mainland estimates:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5-10+ business days, Flat $4.00 Rate
- USPS Priority Mail: 4-6 business days
- USPS Priority Express: 2-4 business days (sometimes longer)
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, but please note:
- You’ll receive a "shipped" email once your order is processed—this does not always mean it has been dropped off at USPS/UPS yet.
- In the rare case that a package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 15+ days), we’ll reship via USPS Ground Advantage at no cost.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, check with USPS first. If it hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, contact us.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped, but the customer must cover shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
- Domestic orders: If you’d like to return an item, we’ll provide a no-cost return label. Refunds are processed once the return is shipped back to us.
- International orders: Free Return shipping availability varies. When a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been shipped—we do not process refunds before receiving confirmation of return shipment.
International Reshipments (Automatically Insured 🚀)
- All international orders are insured for loss, damage, or theft, so if your package goes missing, we've got you covered!
- If your order has no tracking updates for 45+ days or arrives damaged, contact us—we’ll arrange a reshipment via USPS First Class Package.
- Customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility—if a package is refused due to unpaid fees, we cannot reship. Be aware that UPS often has higher brokerage fees than USPS.
- While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, if there are repeated shipping issues to a particular destination, we may be unable to reship future orders to that country.
